The Movement

YOUTHCANLEAD is a “Movement” of youth and young adults seeking to create positive change the world... it truly is a "grass-roots" movement started by a small group of people who believe that a few can make a real difference... and you can be involved! YOUTHCANLEAD is more than just a non-profit organization. We are regular people, just like you, who have been transformed and inspired by a cause greater themselves. We're all about connecting people together who want to make a difference with their lives.

YOUTHCANLEAD exists to inspire, equip, and empower young people to change the world. We will do whatever it takes to inspire and motivate young people to dream big dreams. We will work hard to equip young people with the resources they need to change the world. And, we will offer all youth and young adults the logistical training as well as the leadership principles needed to be empowered. Our desire is to be the catalyst for a thriving youth movement…

Some might say that our dreams and goals are a little “unrealistic” but we have discovered that, when you’re connected to the source and you are consumed by a cause greater than yourself then you truly can accomplish anything. The Vision

The Vision of YouthCanLead is to see youth and young adult's lives touched and transformed. And, to help young people discover their purpose as well as help them discover those things in their lives that would be hindrances to fulfilling that purpose. Our goal is to see young people begin to step-up and LEAD. LEAD What? LEAD positive change! We endeavor to do a variety of things that will inspire, equip, and empower young people to do radical and extraordinary things to change their world. Some of our endeavors include:

1- WEBSITE: Create an online interactive community where young people can connect with other young people of like minds. With relevant articles, resources, interactive content, and other outstanding web-based services, this website will be an online destination point for all students (junior high, high school students, and college).

2- RESOURCES: Create a variety of resources to be used by young people as well as adult leaders seeking to reach out to young people. Books, articles, videos, and training curriculums shall be offered in both online and print formats.

3- GATHERINGS & OUTREACHES: Periodic youth rallies, conferences, and events that will inspire young people and bring young people to a place where they can have a life-altering encounter. The YouthCanLead team will be traveling nationwide and abroad doing high school assemblies, weekend retreats, one-night events, youth camps, leadership training seminars, and character development events.

4- INTERNSHIP: Create a life-changing internship program that will serve as a “spiritual green-house” where the environment is conducive to intense emotional and spiritual growth. Interns will receive incredible hands-on experience as well as quality leadership training and extensive work experience.
